Monika Domínguez is from Cojimar in eastern Havana, a traditional Cuban fishing village. She loved everything related to cooking from a very young age.

In 2015, he graduated from Le Cordon Blue and started working at Zuma, where he discovered his passion for Japanese cuisine. After graduating, he did an internship at Pujol under the supervision of renowned chef Enrique Olvera.

In 2017 she joined KYU, where she became Executive Chef and was in charge of the opening of KYU Mexico. Following her experience in Mexico, Monika returned to Miami to explore her Cuban roots as Executive Chef at Chug's.March of 2022 Dale came to live.
